Cuillin Hills Winery
Cuillin Hills Winery (pronounced Coo-lin) was conceived when a Scottish girl and a wine loving bagpiper found themselves in the Highlands of Scotland; a place where dreams and possibilities are realized. Cuillin Hills Winery combines Washingtonç—´ premier vineyards with traditional wine making methods to create small lots of distinct wines with depth and character. Our primary focus is on Syrah, however expect annual offerings of other red wines. Oh, and be on the look out for the occasional, and extremely limited, surprise! Current production is around 600 cases.
